Architectural Coatings Wetting Dispersant D-190 Without VOC Solvents

A high-performance wetting dispersant without VOC solvents, designed for water-based coating systems, printing inks, and adhesives. This additive is ideal for resin-free pigment concentrates and compatible with various pigment types.

This additive stabilizes pigments through steric hindrance and promotes deflocculation. The resulting small particle size of flocculent pigments enables high gloss finishes and enhanced color strength. It improves transparency for transparent pigments and hiding power for opaque pigments while reducing viscosity for better flow performance and increased pigment content capacity.

Grinding must be performed in water only (excluding resins, amines, and co-solvents). The additive should be thoroughly mixed with water first, and pigments should only be added after complete and uniform dispersion of the additive.

Available in 25KG and 50KG plastic drum packaging. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat, ignition sources, and direct light.
